  • Two forms of berberine

Berberine HCl is the standard form, extracted here from the root of Indian barberry. Berberine phytosome is berberine bound to phospholipids, the fat-like molecules cell membranes are made of. Thorne combines the two in one serving.

  • About Thorne

Thorne tests every supplement it makes four times: the raw materials, during production, the finished product, and once more for stability, to check that it still matches the label up to its expiry date. Each ingredient is held back until it passes its identity, strength and purity specification. Thorne's facility is NSF certified, and more than 20 Thorne products are NSF Certified for Sport.

Berberin
