EU Shipping
Everything for our European customers ships from within the EU, there's no customs to clear between EU countries. Here's what it costs, how long it takes, and what happens if something goes wrong.
Where we ship
We deliver to 24 countries in the EU: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain and Sweden. We also ship to Norway and United Kingdom.
We also ship within the United States. That's covered further down.
We don't ship to Greece, Cyprus, Malta, Monaco, Åland, the Canary Islands, Ceuta or Melilla at the moment.
Norway
The prices displayed for Norwegian visitors are excluding VAT, as you will be charged VAT and a clearance fee by customs when your package arrives. Customs fees, duties, and taxes for non-EU shipments are paid by the customer, and non-refundable. We accept a maximum of six creams per order to Norway. Shipping is a flat $4.95, whatever the order comes to.
United Kingdom
Prices shown for UK visitors exclude VAT. When your parcel arrives you’ll be asked to pay 20% UK import VAT plus the carrier’s handling fee, usually £8–12. Customs charges, duties and taxes on non-EU shipments are paid by the customer and are not refundable. The carrier only holds a parcel for a limited time. Shipping is $4.95 for standard merchandise mail or $9.95 for tracked mail.

Two things decide it: which country the order is going to, and what the order value comes to.
Order value means what you actually pay, after any discount has come off.

Tracking
All shipments include tracking. The only exception is UK if non-tracked letter is selected as shipping method.
Handling time
We take one business day to pack your order and hand it to the carrier. There's no order-by time to beat, so the hour you order doesn't change anything.
Address accuracy
Ensure that you've filled out the correct address to avoid delays, especially for merchandise shipping. We ship ONLY TO RESIDENTIAL ADDRESSES. We do not ship to business addresses.
Customer responsibility
Customs fees, duties, and taxes for non-EU shipments are paid by the customer.
Delays, non retrievals, lost parcels
If your order hasn't arrived within the time shown above, or the tracking has stopped updating, contact us. We'll open a trace with the carrier and follow it up.
If the carrier confirms the parcel is lost, you decide what happens next: we send a replacement, or we refund your order in full.
Parcels waiting at a service point are only held for some time which differ between locations. If a parcel isn't collected in time, or can't be delivered to your address, it will usually come back to us. We'll refund what you paid for the products. The shipping isn't refunded, because the parcel was already sent.
Returns
You have 30 days from receiving your order to change your mind.
If something arrives damaged, or the seal is already broken, contact us and we'll put it right.

Free shipping on orders over $99. Free qualifying orders will be shipped with economy shipping (USPS/FedEx, 5-7 business days).
Standard shipping:
$4.95 (FedEx Home Delivery to continental US).
Expedited Options
- Available at checkout with costs displayed.
- Requires physical address (no PO Boxes).

Special Locations
Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico:
Shipping method varies by selected timeframe (USPS Priority, FedEx 2nd Day, or Next Day).
PO Boxes/Military addresses:
USPS only, limited to orders under 8lbs and $99.
