14-Day Statutory Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)
If you are browsing or purchasing from the European Union, you have the legal right under EU law to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your items without giving any reason. To exercise this right, you may notify us of your decision via email at mama@moodmama.com before the 14-day period expires.

While EU law guarantees 14 days, we choose to extend our commitment to you. If for any reason you are unhappy or uncertain about your purchase, any customer may contact us within 30 days of receipt. We will gladly arrange an exchange, store credit, or a full refund of the product purchase price.

Lost or Missing Shipments

If your package becomes stuck in transit or goes missing, just contact us and our team will track the shipment and arrange a replacement if the package cannot be located.

Exclusions & Policy Conditions

Our guarantee does not cover costs incurred by import duties, regional customs fees, or import VAT in countries outside the US or the EU (such as the UK, Norway, Åland, or the Canary Islands). For these destinations, it is the customer's responsibility to check for potential regional fees prior to purchase and to settle any import VAT and handling charges with their local customs office. These external costs are non-refundable. For all EU member states, VAT is already included in the sales price.
