GABA and L-theanine in a liposomal liquid: 250 mg and 100 mg in four pumps, held in the mouth for 30 to 90 seconds before swallowing. Quicksilver makes it for a calm, relaxed state.

Ingredients

Per 4 pumps (2 ml):

GABA (gamma-aminobutyric acid)250 mg
L-theanine100 mg
Phosphatidylcholine (from highly purified phospholipids)120 mg

Other ingredients: Water, glycerin, ethanol, tocofersolan, natural mixed tocopherols.

Suggested use
Take 2–4 pumps by mouth as needed. Hold in the mouth for 30–90 seconds before swallowing. Repeat to the desired dose, or as directed by a healthcare professional. Take on an empty stomach, at least 10 minutes before meals.

  • Why liposomal

    Each liposome is a tiny sphere of phosphatidylcholine, the most common phospholipid in cell membranes, with the GABA and L-theanine inside. Quicksilver uses it to make GABA more bioavailable. GABA is an amino acid the nervous system uses as a messenger; L-theanine is an amino acid found in tea leaves.

Försämrad sömn

Prövade detta för sömnen, men sov istället sämre av det. Blev mycket pengar i sjön, tyvärr.

En pump är perfekt de gånger när man behöver sova men bara inte kan. För mig funkar det inte att använda som avslappningshjälp dagtid, jag somnar! Jättebra produkt.
