5. Shopify
Moodmama.com is hosted and operated using Shopify.
Shopify processes information relating to visits to our website, customers, checkout and orders in order to provide the ecommerce services we use.
We have Shopify Network Intelligence enabled. This allows Shopify to use information from interactions with Moodmama together with information from interactions with other Shopify merchants and Shopify services to provide enhanced features such as analytics, fraud prevention, personalization and advertising.
As a result, information about your activity on Moodmama.com may be processed together with information about your interactions with other Shopify merchants or services.
Where required by law, this processing is subject to the consent and privacy choices available on Moodmama.com.

We use Klaviyo to help us manage customer communications, marketing subscriptions and related ecommerce information.
Information relating to customers and orders may be processed through Klaviyo as part of our ecommerce operations.
This is separate from marketing consent. Having customer information in our communication systems does not mean that you are subscribed to marketing.
If you actively subscribe to our email or SMS communications, we use your contact information and subscription preferences to send those communications. You can unsubscribe at any time.
7. Analytics and advertising
Where permitted and, where required, with your consent, we use analytics and advertising services to understand how visitors use Moodmama.com, measure the effectiveness of our advertising and promote our products.

We do not use Google Ads to create remarketing audiences.
Our own Meta retargeting is based on visits and interactions with Moodmama.com rather than on products purchased.

Essovius Inc is established in the United States, and several of the companies we use to operate Moodmama are international businesses.
