Quick reference
We ship from the EU to all our European customers - not from the USA.
Discounted shipping on orders over $99.
Free shipping on orders over $149.
Processing time: 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday).
EU customers: No customs between EU countries. VAT already included in price.
Non-EU customers: You're responsible for customs duties and taxes. VAT not included in price.
⚠️ Important:
Orders to Norway, UK, Åland and Canary Islands can incur additional customs fees and taxes that are the customer's responsibility.
Processing & General Information
Orders are packed and shipped within 1-2 business days unless otherwise noted on the product page (such as pre-order items).
Holiday delays: Expect longer delivery times during major holidays (Christmas, New Year, Easter) and Black Friday weekend, depending on when holidays fall.
EU shipping: All European orders ship from within the EU, ensuring no customs delays between EU member countries.
Shipping Options Explained
Merchandise mail
Only partly tracked. The package can usually be tracked with the national postal services app when it has arrived in the destination country. It will either be delivered to your mail box, or to a nearby service point in which case you should be notified by text message. This is an economy option that will take a little longer to arrive.
Service point
Fully tracked all the way. The package will be delivered to a service point or package locker. You will be notified by text message where to pick it up. Faster and more reliable option. In some locations it will allow you more flexible delivery options such as changing the pickup location or package locker, or extending the time for pick-up.

Customs breakdown:
- Norway: VAT (25%) and customs on all orders.
- UK: No customs duty if order value is under £135. VAT (20%) + 2.5% customs duty if order value is £135-630.
- Åland: VAT only if order value exceeds €150.
- Canary islands: Orders over €150 are subject to VAT and customs duty.

- PO Boxes/Military addresses: USPS only, limited to orders under 8lbs and $99

Tracking
All shipments include tracking. Merchandise mail usually becomes trackable once it enters the destination country. -
Address accuracy
Ensure that you've filled out the correct address to avoid delays, especially for merchandise shipping. We ship ONLY TO RESIDENTIAL ADDRESSES in the EU. We do not ship to business addresses in the EU. -
Customer responsibility
Customs fees, duties, and taxes for non-EU shipments are paid by the customer. -

International customs rates and terms are subject to change. Always verify current rates and terms with your country's postal service and/or customs office.
