  • The forms it uses

    The folate is L-5-MTHF, the form folate circulates in, so it doesn't need converting first. B12 comes as methylcobalamin and B6 as pyridoxal 5'-phosphate, which are also the forms the body uses directly. The iron is bisglycinate, a chelate. If you'd rather take iron on its own, Iron Bisglycinate has 25 mg and nothing else.

Jag fungerar igen!

Blodprov visade för lågt hb och ett ferritin i botten. Blev lite överraskad för jag trodde inte det var SÅ illa men det är klart, jag kan knappt resa mig upp från golvet utan att bli jätteyr, flåsar som en tjur hela vägen uppför trapporna, och är på allmänt dåligt humör. Vilket jag iofs trodde var PMS (och det är det visserligen) men det har blivit SÅ mycket bättre sedan jag började med Ferrasorb. Trodde till och med att jag hade ADHD pga grava koncentrationssvårigheter men det har också blivit mycket bättre så det besvarar ju den frågan. Jag tar både Ferrasorb och Iron bisglycinate för att komma upp i dos och det funkar jättebra. Snart ska jag ta ett nytt blodprov för att jämföra.
