    Iron bisglycinate is a chelate. The iron is bound to two molecules of glycine, an amino acid, instead of being an iron salt like ferrous sulfate. Thorne uses the same form in Advanced Iron Complex, at 36 mg with folate, B12, B6 and vitamin C, if you'd rather take them in one capsule.

Har tagit dessa regelbundet ett tag nu och dom är superbra för att jag inte får problem med magen på något sätt! Rekomenderas verkligen om man har haft problem med andra järntabletter.
