Price policy

All prices are displayed in US Dollars (USD) and include local Value Added Tax (VAT) where applicable.

Exceptions: For orders to Norway, the United Kingdom, and Åland, prices do not include VAT. You will be responsible for paying VAT and any applicable customs fees to your local authorities before your package can be delivered.

We retain the right to make typing and spelling mistakes. Should the price of a submitted order be changed, you will be notified and given the option to change or cancel your order.

Currency

Prices will be charged in US dollars (USD). 

If you are using a card issued in another country than the US, your bank will determine the exchange rate in the moment you pay for your order. 

Payment & Security

We accept all major cards: VISA, MasterCard, Amex, Discover, JCB, and Diners. All transactions are protected by 3D Secure technology to ensure your data remains private and safe.

Prefer to use Klarna?

While Klarna is not an integrated option in our checkout, you can still use Pay in 30 Days or Installments by using the Klarna Card or a Klarna One-Time Card generated in the Klarna app. Simply enter the card details at checkout like a standard VISA.

Klarna is available to customers in the US, UK, Ireland, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Italy, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Spain, and Sweden.

Google Pay

If you have a device that supports Google Pay, the Google Pay button will be visible on the cart and/or checkout page, giving you a faster option to pay for your order.

Orders & Tracking

Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. We typically process and handle all orders within two business days. As soon as your package is on its way, we will send you a second email containing your tracking link.

Refunds

If we issue a refund on a purchase you have made, the money will be transferred to the card used at the purchase. This normally takes 3-5 banking days.
