Matriarch 100 can be used in situations like heavy bleeding, painful periods, severe PMS or PMDD, hormonal migraines, repeated early miscarriages, endometriosis, hot flashes (if still bleeding occasionally at least), if wanting to postpone the period occasionally (requires an ovulatory cycle), if wanting to produce a withdrawal bleeding. Do not use to reach some arbitrary value in blood or saliva. It doesn't work that way. Do not use if you are postmenopausal, then choose Matriarch 20.

- This formula is best absorbed through the palms of your hands.
- Apply the cream to the inside of your forearms with your palms.
- You can wash your hands after all cream is absorbed.

- Open bottle should be used within 12 months.
- Can withstand freezing as long as the texture is not grainy after thawing.
- Store in a cool place out of direct sunlight. Do not refrigerate.

The bottle, pump and lid are made of HDPE with no metal parts. Recycle empty bottle and lid as plastic. If there is cream left in the bottle, first pump it out and dispose in the household trash. Do not compost. Do not dispose in sink or drain or flush down the toilet.

- If the cream produces a rash or itching, wash the skin with a mild soap and discontinue use.
- Avoid the eye area.
- Don't accidentally transfer the cream to children. Cover the recently applied skin area with clothing and wash your hands after application.
- Don't let pets lick your skin where you've applied the cream.
