Det märks skillnad

Krom hjälper verkligen. Jag märker det på att det är mycket lättare att hålla koll på vad jag äter. Jag blir inte hungrig eller sugen lika ofta och när jag väl har ätit så håller jag mig mätt längre. Förut ville jag ändå fortsätta småäta, trots att jag inte var hungrig, men när jag tar krom så känner jag inte det suget.
